Dear business partners

We are pleased to inform you about changes to our management team: After 21 years as Managing Director, Tobias Hauri is handing over the operational management to Dr. Martin Hurter on 1 December 2023. He is an economist and has extensive management experience from management positions in both corporate and SME environments in the IT sector.

Many wonderful experiences, constant change, expansion, success, and numerous encounters with great people like you have shaped the past two decades. We are very grateful for this. But we are looking forward even more to what lies ahead. Tobias Hauri will continue to support the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

With the handover of operational management to Martin Hurter, the new management team is now complete: Urs Ammann, our valued CFO for 15 years, retired in October. Roger Heis succeeded him as our new CFO in September last year. Patrik Gartmann continues to manage consulting and sales. Finally, Francis Boillod has joined us as COO, an IT specialist who will further accelerate the digitalization of the company.

With these changes, we have been able to lay a good foundation for the development of our company and our collaboration. Your trust over the years has always been immensely important to us – thank you very much! We will do everything we can to continue to support you with expertise and reliability in the future.
